The "Foundation Warm-Up" sets begin the warm-up process from the first five notes with Set #1, to a more traditional warm-up routine with Set #4. The warm-ups are designed to get a jump start on proper fundamentals, giving reinforcement to techniques learned in any given method book. Below is accompaniment tracks for full band or individual study (or individual reinforcement). My goal in writing these is to bring some spice to warming up. Where these exercises should definitely be played with a metronome and tune/drone by themselves, these videos can add some variety.
